Hi Kevin & Wanda,

Just opened up your website today. I browse frequently. I would have been to the paint out in a New York minute, however i will be attending my grandauthers bridal shower on July 18th. I hope that you will be coming out this way again in the future, as this is a great way for artists to connect. It would have been great to come out and paint for the day with you.

I am sorry I can't attend this informative and creative event. It seems that the 18th has brought about invitations for many affairs. First I am showing two paintings in Phoencia at the studio call "Upstairs at the Arts" -- every third Saturday there is a new showing of very great artists. This is the night for "pot luck dinners" and great company. In the afternoon I am going to another artists showing of her work. Gerda Van Leeuwaan. Later in the evening, my town in Halcottsville will have its annual Comunity Party
I wish you a great time. Let me know when the next event is. Thanks, Verna

I really really want to come.

But what happened with Brush With Life, Inc? Their URL disappeared from the internet. Is there still a paint out at Central park?

Hi Wanda-
I attended the paintout in Central Park. It was a beautiful day and great subject matter. The Bethesda Fountain is the centerpiece of Central Park. I had the chance to talk with Kevin and he also critiqyed one of my paintings. Kevin painted two beautiful cenes of the fountain. The first view was painted at ground level the other on a hill overlooking the fountain and people below. Later in the day Kenn Backhaus asked if he could paint a portrait of me and I was excited about that. The portrait came out great and he is going to finish it off in the studio. What a great day it turned out to be for me and the other artists. I hope they will come back to New York and do another one. Best- Lawrence Chrapliwy

Wanda-

Sorry about all those mispelled words. I guess I got carried away. Anyway "critiqued","scenes" are the words I mispelled. I stand correct.
